FOOD PYRAMID

HEALTH GUIDELINES:

  1. Eat Only Natural, Unprocessed Foods. Avoid all Refined Foods.
  2. Eat High-Quality Animal Fats (Raw butter, Raw Cream, Meat fat, Egg yolks)
  3. Eat High-Quality Animal Protein (Beef, Lamb, Pork, Chicken, Duck, Game)
  4. Eat Wild Caught Seafood (Salmon, Mackerel, Fish Roe)
  5. Consume Raw Dairy Products (Milk, Kefir, Yoghurt, Cream, Cheese)
  6. Consume Organ Meats such as Liver at least once per week
  7. Use enzyme-rich Lacto-fermented Vegetables (Sauerkraut) in moderation
  8. Eat Local/Wild Fruits in Season.
  9. If Grains are consumed make sure to ferment or soak (Sourdough Bread, Soaked Oats)
  10. Use Raw Honey as a natural sweetener and enzyme-rich food
  11. Use Unrefined Sea Salt, Raw Vinegar, Herbs and Spices in moderation
  12. Drink Unpasteurised Alcoholic beverages in Strict Moderation
  13. Take Cod Liver Oil for Vitamin A and Omega 3 Fatty Acids
  14. Use only Natural Medicines and Supplements
  • Drink Spring or Well Water
  • Use Filtered Water for Cooking.
  • Cook only in Stainless Steel, Cast Iron, Glass or Enamel.
  • Install a filter on your shower in order to eliminate chlorine and other chemicals.
  • Install Air Filters in your home to remove dust and airborne pollutants.
  • Have houseplants in order to increase oxygen levels in your home.
  • Wear Clothing made out of natural fabrics and materials.
  • Use natural hygiene products and perfumes.
  • Sleep at least 8 hours per night in a cool, dark, ventilated environment.
  • Spend lots of time outdoors in the sunshine.
  • Spend some time walking barefoot on the grass.
  • Exercise on a regular basis (Weight Training/Sports).
