The Natural Human Diet is about following the perfect laws that God has given us in terms of nature and health.

You see, God has provided us with perfect food. It is the result of mans folly by breaking these natural laws, that they become unwell.

Never before has man eaten such foods so alien to his natural way of eating as we consume today. All these man-made foods that we eat lead us to man-made sickness and disease.

Nature provides perfect nutrition. It is only when we take natures foods and alter them and process them until they are unrecognisable, that we get sick.

If you eat the foods that the land provides, you will experience the health you were born to experience. In fact, diets and workout plans and supplements and detoxification would never cross your mind if you lived your entire life in a natural manner.

It is only because we live in a sick society that we are always looking for something more to fulfil us. And it is only because we are sick that we search for the right medicine or the best “diet”.

In fact, the natural human diet is not really a diet. It is simply eating the foods that your body is designed to eat. If you supply your body with the correct nutrition, your machine will function optimally. But, if you consume foods that are not right for the human body, you will suffer in one way or another.

What are the correct foods for Human Beings?

In order to answer this question, we must look at humans who have not been exposed to the modern world or modern foods. People who have not been exposed to modern civilization and the foods of commerce simply eat what their land provides. They do not eat refined carbohydrates, sugary snacks, white flour, vegetable oils, or large amounts of grains, beans or legumes.

One thing in common with all primitive peoples is that they prioritise ANIMAL FOODS. They prize certain animal foods such as Liver, Fish Eggs and especially Fat (consisting on lean meat without fat will lead to “rabbit starvation”).

Meat contains all essential nutrients for the human body. Eggs contain all essential nutrients. Raw Milk contains all essential nutrients. The same is not true for any plant foods.

It is also true that our digestive system is designed perfectly to digest meat. We have an extremely acidic stomach (ph 1.6-2.6).

Animal Foods build the base of the natural human diet. They are the building blocks to the human body. Without adequate animal foods, it is not possible to reach your potential physically, mentally or healthfully.

Plant foods are considered secondary foods. They may be used to add bulk to the diet, to add flavour or to add extra energy when meat is scarce.

Plants also have a long history as a medicine. Therefore the dose makes the poison and they should not be consumed in high quantities. In fact, plants are natures chemist. They produce poisons and antinutrients as a defence mechanism to prevent animals from eating them.

These plant poisons can be medicinal in small doses, but deadly in high doses.

The least harmful pant foods include fruits (in season), roots & tubers (in season), fermented grains (moderate) and fermented vegetables (moderate). Raw Honey can also be beneficial in moderation.

(Please note: Plant foods are not essential to a healthy diet. We have no nutritional requirement for fruits, vegetables or grains. There is no such thing as an essential carbohydrate (Fat and Protein are vital). These foods can be consumed in addition to animal foods, however it depends on how these plant foods affect your body.)

It is wise to eat an all-meat diet for 30-90 days. This works as an elimination diet, allowing you to discover which plant foods negatively impact your body. It also is a very optimal way to eat. Animal foods are easy to digest and are the foods that your body NEEDS.

It is important to prioritise FAT over any other macronutrient. This means at least 60% of calories coming from Animal Fat.

Fat = 9 Calories Per Gram. Carbs & Proteins = 4 Calories Per Gram.

This above diet is known as the carnivore diet or the zero carb diet. Many people have found that they function optimally with no carbs and no plant foods. These people report increased mental clarity, stable energy, no cravings, improved mood, improved digestion and more. This way of eating is perfectly safe and healthy and can be followed permanently.

All nutrients can be obtained from muscle meat alone, as long as you eat enough fat with it. Even vitamin C is in meat. However, the more cooked the meat is the less vitamin C. This is why it is best to eat rare cooked or raw meats. Red meat is ideal. Liver contains huge amounts of vitamin A and other nutrients. Eggs are natures multivitamin. Raw dairy products are excellent nutritionally complete food.

If you wish, you can add in some carbohydrate and plant foods in order to see how you react. It is best to listen to your body and trust your instinct in these matters. However, it is vital that you first eliminate food addictions by following the above “elimination” diet. Otherwise, your instinct will be confused with addictive “cravings”.
